Someone left a comment on one of my videos saying I've clearly never touched an iron in my life. Fair call. So I reached out to PressCo, an Australian company that makes an automatic ironing machine, and they sent one out.
It's a stand with an inflatable balloon inside. You hang the shirt on it, press a button, and it blows the shirt out and heats it until it's dry and flat.
I've been putting shirts through it straight out of the washing machine, still wet, and they come out dry and pressed in about nine to ten minutes.
I've done seven or eight shirts so far and it's handled all of them. It did a couple of jumpers and a flannel as well.
The catch
It's one garment at a time and about ten minutes a go, so you're not doing a whole basket in one hit. You put one on, walk off, come back.
It's $239. For a house where nobody wants to iron, and that's this one, I'd recommend it easily.
